Interview Coordination:

Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually. Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates. Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Proactively identify potential talent to meet upcoming client needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
